Who we are

Baluard Geoespacial SL (trading as SailShift AI), Calle de Baluard, 61, 08003 Barcelona, Spain, hello@sailshift.ai, is the data controller.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and emails: your name, business, email, phone and message, so we can reply to you (legitimate interest / steps before a contract).
• Business contact details: we contact yacht brokerages and boat dealers using publicly listed business details (company name, business phone, business email, website) to offer our services (legitimate interest). You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
• Phone calls: sales calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. We tell you at the start of the call; you can ask us not to record.
• Client services: when a brokerage becomes a client, we process its buyer enquiries on its behalf under a data processing agreement.

How long

Prospect data: up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Call recordings: 12 months. Client data: for the contract term plus legal retention periods.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business (e.g. telephony, email, website hosting, AI processing), under contract and only for these purposes. Some are outside the EEA (e.g. the US); where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection (including to direct marketing), restriction and portability. Email hello@sailshift.ai. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk).
